龍湖山生態農莊
位於台南市著名五庫之中,『175咖啡公路』13.3公里處,緊鄰溫泉聖地–關仔嶺。因其特殊地形雨作用與石灰岩地質,造就本農莊兩大特產,『咖啡』與『龍眼』品質極為優良,加上堅持傳統土窯烘焙五天五夜的耐心守候,製作出濃濃古早味的龍眼乾,並以兩大特產為主要食材,研發出一系列獨具『咖啡』與『桂圓』風味的養生料理。
Longhushan Ecological Farm
Longhushan Ecological Farm is located among the five most famous reservoirs, 13.3km mark of the “175 Coffee Highway,” and neighboring the hot spring landscape Guanziling. Due to its special terrain rain effect and limestone geology, the two major products of this farm are coffee and longan of extremely good quality. They also carry fragrant traditional dried longan, which is made out of five days and five nights of traditional earthen kiln roasting. With its specialty in coffee and longan, Longhushan also developed a unique series of healthy cuisine using these two ingredients.

台南市の有名な五庫に位置し、『175コーヒーハイウェイ』から13.3キロ離れ、温泉の聖地である関子嶺と隣接しています。その特殊な地形、雨の影響と石灰岩の地質により、二つの特産物「コーヒー」と「リュウガン」を生み出さしました。ここの乾燥リュウガンは伝統的な土窯で5日5夜を経て焙煎されたものです。さらにこの二つの特産物を主原料に、独特の「コーヒー」と「リュウガン」の風味を取り入れた養生料理を開発しました。
롱후산(龍湖山) 생태농장
타이난(台南)의 유명한 5곳의 저수지 중 한 곳으로, ‘175 커피 도로’의 13.3㎞에 위치하며, 온천의 성지인 관즈링(關仔嶺)과 인접해 있습니다. 특수한 지형으로 비의 작용과 석회암 지질로 인해 2가지 특산품인 〈커피〉와 〈롱앤(龍眼)〉이 만들어졌습니다. 전통 흙가마에서 5박 5일 동안 건조된 롱앤깐(龍眼乾)은 2가지 특산물을 주 재료로 한 〈커피〉와 〈꾸이위앤(桂圓)〉의 맛을 살린 건강요리로 개발되었습니다.
ฟาร์มเชิงนิเวศน์หลงหูซาน
ตั้งอยู่ที่อู่คู่อันมีชื่อเสียงของเมืองไถหนาน อยู่ที่กิโลเมตรที่13.3 “ทางหลวงกาแฟ 175” ใกล้กับน้ำพุร้อนเซิ่งตี้–กวานจื่อหลิ่ง เนื่องจากภูมิประเทศธรณีวิทยาอันพิเศษที่เกิดจากฝนและหินปูน ทำให้เกิดผลิตภัณฑ์หลักสองชนิดคือ“กาแฟ” และ “ลำไย” ที่มีคุณภาพชั้นยอด บวกกับกรรมวิธีการอบแห้งแบบโบราณห้าวันห้าคืน ทำให้เกิดเป็นลำไยอบแห้งรสชาติเข้มข้มแบบดั้งเดิม นอกจากนี้ยังใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์หลักทั้งสองอย่าง “กาแฟ” และ “ลำไย” มาวิจัยพัฒนาสร้างสรรค์เป็นอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพรสเลิศอีกด้วย
Nông trường sinh thái núi Long Hồ
Nằm trong năm kho nổi tiếng của thành phố Đài Trungtại 13,3km “quốc lộ cà phê 175”, kề sát thánh địa suốinước nóng – Quan Tử Lĩnh. Do địa hình đặc biệt bởi tácdụng của nước mưa và địa chất nham đá vôi, tạo nên haiđặc sản lớn của nông trường, “cà phê” và “long nhãn” chất lượng cực vượt trội, cộng thêm sự nhẫn nại chờ đợi5 ngày 5 đêm kiên trì nướng lò đất truyền thống, tạo ralong nhãn khô hương vị xưa nồng nàn, và lây hai đặc sảnlớn làm nguyên liệu thực phẩm chủ yếu, nghiên cứu phátminh ra một loạt các món ăn dưỡng sinh mang phong vị“cà phê” và “quế viên” độc đáo.
